We only accept returns or offer refunds in the event that your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the item and a brief description
  • If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases, as all items are made to order.
